Yes, the tournament is open to all FIDE players in the following categories: Superstars Tournament: (All players with conditions - hotel & compensation for an air ticket) FIDE rated 2600 & higher. 

Masters Tournament: FIDE rated 2200-2599 and Youth-Open Tournament: FIDE players rated below 2200 regardless of age.

Considered ratings are the FIDE Standard Rating List for August 2025.
