Grandmasters with a standard Elo of 2650+ are eligible to get free single room accommodation with full board and $700 compensation for an air ticket. Subject to FIDE rating list of August 2025, and approval.
Grandmasters with a standard Elo of 2600+ are eligible to get free single room accommodation with full board and $500 compensation for an air ticket. Subject to FIDE rating list of August 2025, and approval.
15 Grandmasters + 5 Female players (of masters tournament) will be invited and may apply for free single room accommodation with full board & $500 compensation for an air ticket. By submitting the condition form. Subject to the FIDE rating list 1st of August 2025, and approval.
The last day for accepting Accommodation & compensation for Air Ticket Condition applicants is 25th July 2025.
Applying for accommodation does not automatically make the player eligible to get a condition.
If a participant's application for accommodation is accepted, the organizer will contact the player directly with an official form to be signed and returned as instructed through the email.
